first timer here, while not first time with working with plants with other ways,(tinctures, mescaline extracting, yopo snuff, boilings, etc) but been trying to pull the goodies out of Chacruna, since these plants grow so well as houseplants.

Been using the search button to see what works best and of course getting alot of crossed signals.

So far in process:

3 boils of plant material (100g) in ph3 water
reduced all boils to 300ml
4 defats with xylene (100ml each)
all went fine then:
as was putting Calcium Hydroxide to ph9 a bunch fell in and rasied it to 14.
watered it down (550ml) some and filtered out some of the sediment that didnt dissolve. OOPS.
Mixed with D-Limonine (300ml) let sit over night.

So this morning looking at sep funnel:
Top layer Dlimo
Next layer White Bubble zone (fats?) top part is whiter
Next down the liquid with a layer sediment at bottom

Kinda at a loss on how to proceed on this, any help?

So my question is it more fats that came out into the Dlimo with the DMT's and if it is more fats is there a way to seperate thee fats from the DMTs?
