I am new at all this but very interested about learning about extraction methods. i have done some research and i keep coming up with a thousand different ways and i have no idea which to do. im experimenting with reed canary grass, any help?

There is no best tek, pick the one that suits you more.
But it's a good idea to know what you're doing since you're going to deal with potentially dangerous chemicals.
