Hey guys. A friend of mine has experimented with LSA several times (in the form of HBWR seeds, the hawain strain from a certain credible website.) My friend attempted several cold water extractions to no avail, but grinding the seeds and adding to orange juice or eating the seeds themselves raw had massive effects on my friends psyche. The downside of these adventures was the overwhelming nausea and late onset (one time it took 3 hours to kick in, and even then it only did kick in after smoking a bowl.) The nausea is so bad that my friend feels his stomach turn over whenever he even thinks about the taste of those seeds. My friend is also unable to drink orange juice due to a bad experience of foolishly consuming 12 seeds at once in a glass of orange juice.
Speaking of my friends stomach problems, alcohol typically does not go well with him either (especially vodka or ethanol...) My friend was wondering if he could do an LSA extraction into a non-alcoholic liquid (I would say ~120 seeds would be used, several defatting stages with VM&P naptha). The PanoraMIX extract suggests defatting 5 to 10 times (and saving the powder each time). Now I realize both alcohol and water are polar and LSA is polar. I am guessing that if my friend were simply to use distilled water in place of everclear, my friend would have no problems, right? Would my friend simply mix the defatted powder with water, allow to sit where it is cool and dry for a day or two and then filter? Obviously the amount of water my friend would like to use is rather small (enough to fit into a tiny little amber dropper.) Is this a feasible task?
Thanks all for your help!
Also: A friend of mine has 4oz of fresh syrian rue. I have read that RISCs and MAOIs do not mix well with LSA/LSD, but I am not sure of the validity of that statement. Can anyone confirm/deny this?
Also Also: The dropper can hold roughly 5ml of water (~1 tsp.) It took me roughly 100 drops (give or take 5) to disperse the water from the dropper. That means each drop is .05 ML. I'm thinking it would be better to buy a new dropper (see:
