I recently received a couple mimosa hostillises, but they are young saplings. Can the extraction process still be done on the bark?

What Dan said...the youngest age I've seen people talk about harvesting from, online, is 10 years. I'd imagine it could easily be longer depending on growing conditions.

10 years? Usually 3-5 years is what I have always read..no way it will take 10 years snozz..this tree grows just so fast. I can easily see 3-4 year old trees being harvested in brazil or mexico or other areas where it can thrive. 4 years is when I have read that they really start to get decent alkaloid content.

DOnt harvest a tiny little stick with some leaves though..grow the tree till it is big otherwise it is a waste of time and you wont get much of anything.
Long live the unwoke.
