Its not a problem. Either just let it all evaporate, and at the end some water might remain and you just let it evaporate further and it will dry up, just takes a while.
But anyways why are you evaporating xylene, for pete's sake?

Salt it out, good gentleman, that way you save on time, earth, resources, your nose, and your neighbour's suspicions.
