Sorry it's re head kid here and I am having trouble verifying any extractable acacias in TSS. I have tryed a number of species to no avail my tek is precice. Can any one out there pout me in the right direction , iv heard some coastal veriety can yield. Some times by the sand dunes I think I can smell it.. Please entities of the fantastic planit help me as I seek personal development. Photos of Tas plants would be great if there is any tassie heads on here.

Hi Rechard, a friend of a friend from the same distant corner of the world as yourself is wondering whether you've had any luck with your search recently? As suggested above, the spp. mucronata is a possible source. They're heading back home before too long and are keen to try an extraction for themselves. Have you had any yield with other species? At this point the friend is considering just doing a bunch of extractions on different acacias to determine the results as there is not a lot of documentation on Tasmanian species.
