What is the correct amount of water, vinegar, NaOH, and Naphtha to use for a given amount of MHRB? Say for 250g of bark, what would the ratios be?
A tek reported to use • 1 g bark- 15 mL water- 1g NaOH- .8g VM&P
Does this sound about right? meaning 250g mhrb-3750 mL water-250g NaOH-200g Naphtha? And whatever amount of vinegar it takes to reach a pH of 3? And should .8g Naphtha be .8mL or is the density relatively close to 1 so it doesnt matter?
Thanks for clearing this up, SWIM loves research.

There was a hurry....It's called going to the source. More trust in people on here than random teks on other sites. Off the bat really the only question is how much solvent to use? Is this dependent on the initial weight of mhrb or the final base solution? Seeing as the some teks suggest to "boil off" some volume of the acidic solution, and a measured pH of 13 of the base solution is when the solvent is used, how much variance is there in the amount of solvent used compared to not boiling off the initial acidic solution and boiling it off?

and I have read through that on more than one occasion
