Would it be possible to simply... eat the powdered bark in combination with an MAOI? This might be a stupid question, but extracting has proven very difficult and risky for me. Any input is appreciated. May the DMT be with you. -MHRB Wan Kenobi.

It would. Powdered bark is stronger than brewed equivalent and heavier on the stomach. I would advice no more than a gram at first. INFORMATION No input signal

Or you could just boil it several times, and reduce the liquid you've decanted. Add the MAOI and drink like a tea. In other words, "Ayauasca." Be ready for allot of nausea and other surprise results, or nothing may happen. You just get sick. ENJOY!!! "Infinite Diversity, in Infinite Combinations."

I'd advice you to make atleast 2 dose worth of ayahuasca if it's ur first brew in case you puke it too early and you won't get an effect. So you can drink the other one after.
It's very heavy on the stomache . I puked on my first ayahuasca brew and i account it to eating a piece of bread and fruit a few hours before drinking ayahuasca. Look up the appropiate diet and make sure you don't eat anything for atleast 6 hours before you take aya.

At the very minimum, one could capsule/parachute/nom some ground rue and brewed mimosa. I believe some members have used rue tea that's been nothing but decanted from its sediment. Im not sure how safe this its tho as rue has some rather nasty alkaloids in it, which is why people perform a manske or 5. Remember mimosa is roughly 1% by mass dmt, so for a 50mg dose you will need 5g. “Right here and now, one quanta away, there is raging a universe of active intelligence that is transhuman, hyperdimensional, and extremely alien... What is driving religious feeling today is a wish for contact with this other universe.” ― Terence McKenna

If you are talking about eating powered mimosa bark with an MAOI you might want to check out this thread. I've been wanting to try it for awhile now but haven't got to it yet. If you try it, please report back to let us know how it went. Convert a melodic element into a rhythmic element...

It's more comfortable to boil it. Eating the bark will tie your stomach in knots. You'll develop this annoying sense of tightness in the gut, and a dryness in your mouth that won't go away. I wouldn't recommend taking more than a gram this way. Plus, I'm not sure how the body responds to the sand like substance like mimosa bark. I believe the typical response to insoluble fiber is that the body forms a mucous gel around fibers, which allows the fibers to be pushed more freely in the body. However, mimosa contains a lot tannic acid, which is an astringent, which has a very drying effect on mucous linings, such as mouth, and intestines. It's probably hard on the stomach to ingest bark powder along with tannic acid.
You don't have to do a chemical extraction in order to enjoy the benefits of the medicine provided by mimosa. You can just boil it and drink it. It will taste bad, but it's very good medicine. In fact, many people enjoy the full range of alkaloids that mimosa tea provides, that typical naphtha extractions do not preserve.

I've done it once before. I just ground up 3 grams of Rue and 1g of MHRB, and mixed it in some apple sauce and ate it down. Not terrible. I didn't have any stomach problems. I noticed a slight euphoric effect, in combination with some MAOI type visuals. I don't think it is totally worth it, and just for your colons sake, I would definitely NOT ear more than 3 grams of powdered MHRB. Good luck!
