Ive learned from experience that i can always be happy in every moment and have a peace of mind Its my decision always no matter, and i truly understand that you cant wait for a moment of peace and happiness you have to make it, and now i have realized that peace love and happiness was always available to me at every given moment. Another way of approaching this truth is... at any given moment before you start looking for quiet peace and happiness through experiences or meditation or drugs or whatever, ask yourself - isn't that peace and happiness already present, right now, underlying all experiences? Allow yourself to see the equanimity that is already there, always. There once was a man who said, "Though
