I apologize if this has been posted elsewhere on this forum, but I couldn't find any significant mention of it.

It premiers March 13 at SXSW, and I can't wait to get my hands on a copy/attend a screening somewhere.

Amazing!
This is something great. Shulgin is the man!
And that documentary (judging by the site) looks very sexy.

Thanks for the info goldenbloo!

Tons more info on the Shulgin documentary, news, SXSW premiere screening and party invites, etc. at www.facebook.com/dirtypicturesthefilm. We'd be thrilled to have people join us and the Shulgins there.

We'd also be happy to add you to the update list if you send us your address on the site http://dirtypicturesthefilm.com

Peace!

So jealous...I wanna go to SXSW, especially to see this! This is apparently the result of that old Shulgin film project that seemed to disappear for a time according to this thread: http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?p=773132 I was so worried that they scrapped that project! I remember the trailer looking so gorgeous.

I can't wait to see this, and I find it very interesting that it premiers the day of the next synchronized hyperspace event!

it looked very much like it!
people who talk about revolution and class struggle without referring explicitly to everyday life, without understanding what is subversive about love and positive about the refusal of constraints, gots doo-doo in they teef.

..the above post is fictional. deal with it.

that was an awesome premiere, pics to follow.
dr. shulgin is very down to earth, contrary to what I previously felt from reading tihkal.
got the chance to exchange words briefly, showed him a pic on my phone, but the guy is practically blind.

still a very surreal moment

So far, SXSW is the only way. Hopefully it makes its way to other screens, formats, internets, etc. soon.
