Waited a year for the 2nd pull? Options

Hello,
after the first pull I forgot a jar of naphtha, vinegar and 100g of root bark in the cupboard for a year. Now I have performed another pull. Are more pulls worth it or should all DMT have been in the naphtha after so much time have passed?

If it was left sitting still then there is no reason why the time would further saturate the naphtha. Try another pull and see.
I don't know much, but I do know this. With a golden heart comes a rebel fist.

If you have rootbark, vinegar and naphtha in the same vessel, the dmt will be in a salt form, acetate, due to the vinegar, so wont migrate to the naphtha, unless the solution is basified first.

Sorry of course I used NaOH. I dont find the TEK anymore, it was on youtube maybe it got deleted.

It was something like this:
1. crush the rootbark
2. cook it together with vinegar
3. let it cool
4. add lye
5. add naphtha
6. roll the glass do not shake it to prevent emulsion

So do you guys think it is enough to shake the jar for a third pull or do I need to heat somethink?

I would always heat the soup. Solubility of DMT in naphtha is actually pretty low at room temperature. Worst that can happen is you get more yellow spice. But after sitting for 1 year you probably will anyways not get totally white stuff (not a problem).

If you left it like this maybe also some DMT has even crystallized at the bottom of the glass, so better to indeed heat it up and shake again, to make sure everything gets into the naphtha.

What I dont understand: after 1 year should not all the naphtha have evaporated even if your glasware was closed?

Anyways naphtha is cheap so I would always do another pull and see. Nothing to loose!

No, it was tightly sealed - where would the naptha evaporate to?
