Since 1g of plain fresh leaf = 2.5mg of Salvinorum A, does that mean that 1g of dried plain leaf will have the same amount of Salvinorum A?

No, because one gram of dried leaf would equate to more than 1 gram of fresh leaf.

Anyone knows those conversions? How much would 1g if fresh leaf equate to dry leaf?

Fresh leaves direct from the plant are far more potent for quidding though. That skews any equations which might be based on moisture content, regardless of how much salvinorin A they might contain. This actually hints that there may be an unstable photosensitive compound which is even more potent than salvinorin A Shocked Or it could be due to some kind of bioavailability effect with the fresh material.

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
