Aceyalone Lightheaded Onyx Wale - He's really fallen off since signing...really since dropping his first album...but every mix tape prior to that (and the More About Nothing tape) are all great releases from this DC MC. This group is called Main Attrakions and the album is called 808's and Dark Grapes, which is immediately apparent if you visit the following link: http://mishkanyc.bandcam...ionz-808s-dark-grapes-ii>I find that this album is a nice blend of creative beats, interesting sounds, and lyrics which are at times meaningful and at times difficult to understand (both literally and figuratively). I think they're especially good for being a group of 20-year olds supposedly, though I've never verified this information. Another album I've been listening to lately is Surrounded by Silence, by Prefuse 73. It features a lot of different artists and...well, it's fantastic. You'll have a guaranteed good time listening to this album if you're like me at all. The only downside is that if you look it up on Grooveshark only a partial album shows up. You have to search Prefuse 73 by album title in order to find all the different tracks. Even then there where still songs missing. Or you could buy it. Or something. Lovingly, One P.S. let me know if you like those Have you forgotten how to fly? One does...

Alright, I'm about to share with you all what I think is some of the best rap/hip hop music that I have ever heard in my life (so far), and that I was so lucky enough to find in some random and obscure nook and cranny of the internet... It's a rapper named Dex and a DJ named Deader, and their name is Atlas, and you can download their album for free here. Seriously, if you like rap/hip hop and DMT, then you will be glad you checked this out... Let me know what you guys think. Life is art.
Row row row your boat, gently down the stream... Merrily merrily merrily merrily...............

I can't listen to music that doesn't pack a spiritual punch and make me feel like I'm learning something, as a result I've collected quite a few artists who really hook up a message. I'd love to share if anyone's interested. Here's a taste of what I'm talking about. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2iE7_gyMooIt was the fabled year 2012. Within the seemingly doomed and feeble slave-species of homo-sapien sapien a minute percentage began experimenting with various forms of psycho-active plant allies and thought manifestation techniques. Unbeknownst to them, this would be the birthing of a new sub-species, the highest form of Life in the universe. With the assistance of these timeless plant teachers a new race was born, a race without boundaries, physical or mental, a race without judgement or violence. Divinity had descended upon the inconspicuous planet of Earth and cosmic-man was born.
