Shrooms in a Hotel Room Options

Tripping on a moderate dose of shrooms in a hotel room, with your friend/lover, or whatever, is one of the most enjoyable ways to take them, if you ask me... which you did, kinda. Unless you're looking to meet your ancestors (on 7g, that's quite possible), having a plush, clean and safe space to yourselves is exactly what you need! Being outside, sitting in the dirt next to a camp-fire is just as nice. That being said, the most important thing is that your mind is in the right place, and you're with people you love and trust.

I prefer tripping with a freind and being outdoors. Large open areas are usually better if you're concerned about paranoia. Daytime is better too if you're nervous. (Everybody knows scary stuff lives in the dark!)

I think your frame of mind is the most important aspect.

Be conservative with your dose size until you are comfortable with what to expect.

Feeling like you need the security & privacy of a hotel room isn't a good sign. Imo it indicates fear. You need to loosen up some. Think back to your childhood, and think of all the new & wonderful experiences. Remember the fun & the laughter, and the silly thoughts, and innocent exploring, and creative ideas? That's the direction of mushrooms. Find a place where you'd enjoy being a child again for the afternoon.

If you time it correctly you can enjoy watching the sun rise or set. If you have access to a high place, like a mountain or high hilltop, you can really enjoy watching the clouds blow across the sky & if you're lucky you might witness a storm travel across the distant horizon.

I like you keep something fun in my pocket to "discover" while tripping. Maybe a harmonica, or even a rubber band, sometimes it's nice to have something to play with.

In a hotel room you won't have much to interact with. You really won't even have much of an indication of time. You'll "trip" but not go anywhere. That's not a fun place to release your inner child.
