This is a report of my first ayahuasca experience.

The decision I made a Saturday night in a farm. The session was to be led by three Shipibo shamans Conibo ethnicity was a couple that had to be above 70 years and his son.

I was 10 days of diet.

22:00 about: I take Mapacho very rich. I take the drink, taste not so bad, really thought it would have been worse. After that I settled in my place and start a conversation with that being who had just entered to my world. After about 15 minutes, I start to feel the first symptoms. Beginning to feel a sound above my head like a scanner that revolved semi circles, at first I thought the sound was coming from outside, but then I realized that what I had above my head. Visual appearance of the first start and the first nausea too.

22:30: The nausea passed to vomit during vomiting greatly enhance the visual and one begins to feel that eject a psycho-physical energy that was more in the body. After vomiting, I feel really relieved and gravity begins to feel strongly and ended in a fetal position on the mattress. Then the shamans start to singing.

The visuals are intensified and beginning to realize that i enter to the so-called "hyper-space", it really feels like. The visual golds, purples, blue and white filled my field of vision. Certain symmetry in visual character were common, something different from previous experiences with other psychedelics (mushrooms, LSD, Rc's, etc).

After that I remember the sense of time: The song of the shamans was incredible, it really hit me that it is important the presence of these beings. I could see that there was what Mckenna talks about synesthesia of language, where icaros images were transformed into subjective content for one. Also in the moments that stopped singing, fear and visions began to get a little chaotic and out of control.

The plant began to answer me through my monologue thoughts to all the questions about my life.
I could see other worlds, other beings that inhabit this. Other "levels of reality" as if it had been split in two and was up another world very difficult to put into words.

It made me aware of the things I have to worry, as is caring affection, care for other beings with whom we share this world. I could see that nature gives us signals of these worlds by looking at the perfection of a flower.

At no time had the ego dissolution or death of this. But if a dialogue about the duality of life and death that I clarified many things like that even the "universe" will be died in the future, life will be born somewhere else because they are opposites that can never prevail one above the other.

Approx 2:00 a.m.: I begin to notice the effects begin to decline, but the nausea begin again and mareacion (product of the plant and fasting) no longer feel ever.

Approx 2:30: I get up and start talking to people who were at the scene and after a drink, go to the bathroom to throw up a second time. Then the nausea but milder followed the rest of the night.

3:30 approx. I sleep with a bucket next and following a little nauseous. I can sleep just fine.

The next day you really feel refreshed and full of energy and the most striking is that he was not hungry or weak or dizzy (almost 24 hours to not eat anything solid).

Fine trip report! The Shipibo sound like a very interesting tribe, though it is true that people are the same everywhere, as the saying in argentina goes. I am very interested in reading about SWIMS experience with ligther fluids for extractions because one finds it interesting and most of your posts are older. Peace and love, capo!
