I’m planning how to approach my first DMT experience and wanted to get some advice for a first timer. I’m quite new to Psycadelics but have had a few San Pedro trips and regular weed with CEVs.
I have a good trip sitter and a comfortable space.
What would you say would be the best way to try DMT for the first time?
- DMT Vaped from a GvG - Vaped from a bong - Changa - Changa predosed with sublingingal Harmalas - Pharmauasca - other?
Thanks in advance!

If you are first timer and doing it alone (without experienced guide) and don't have much experience with substance yourself, I'd say try freebase vaped (gvg or machine or whatever works for you) first.
As it's short duration trip, which is very important, and less dosages/numbers to screw up. It will teach you about the substance and it will teach you to respect it.
If you feel you are comfortable with freebase, try changa. Then decide whether you want to have a long trip with aya or pharma.

I'd vote changa because it rounds off the freebase clubbing hit (thinking about entry doses) and extends things in time. But all is very personal so a general advise is hard to give. 2 cents

I'd say Changa or taking the stuff orally (Pharma/Aya/Ana). Rue and Mimosa/Acacia was my first Psychedelic/Entheogen, and so far definitely my favorite. Changa was cool but i much prefer to take the stuff orally.

I guess one thing I was wondering...
What is the difference in the come up when comparing vaped DMT to Changa. From what I gather, with straight DMT there may be a hum, geometries, and then a rocket blast off sort of feeling before the break through. Also some people describe getting stuck in the “waiting room” when they didn’t inhale an appropriate amount of vapor.
For Changa how would you describe the come-up or pre-break through phase? Many have described it being a ‘smoother’ transition. With Changa can you find yourself in the same type of ‘places’ as vaped DMT or do you find the different herbs mixtures tend to adjust your compass so to speak.
Please forgive if these interpretations are totally incorrect. I assume my understanding is flawed and our language hasn’t evolved enough to quite describe phenomena so very few have experienced.

I would describe the come up of Changa and DMT for DMT being like "snap" kind of thing, while Changa has been more "slidey" on the come up and after that too. Practically that means, in my experience, that there is more time for gathering data.
Remember that freebase does things that Changa wont be able to, and vice versa. I think the point is, to work with what suits you the best.

I've had plenty relatively mellow comeups on FB whilest very high on weed. Though weed makes you forget trips easily. Typically yes as you describe it, but it can be very very different each time. When dose smoked is strong enough, you are pretty much switched into different dimension, without a warning.

It dulls trypta intensity feeling imho and afterwards feel like having had a little accident (in a figurative funny way) with memory loss. And blacking out too.

I'd vote for tea. Lasts long, feels wholesome, is easy to prepare and reduces the chance of failure. With the most common DMT plants (Chacruna, Chali, MHRB, ACRB), there is really no need to extract. That only comes in when you venture into other Acacias or the grasses.
For the force, either Rue or Caapi will do. My preference is to do a Manske extraction on Rue, but that takes some research. An effective simple tea is a good first step, which can give you the motivation to look into some of the more advanced techniques later.
