Hello everyone,
Over my first several DMT experiences I had a issue getting visuals, but as I have grown as a person and taken care of my addictions I have noticed the amount of visuals I have on my trips have skyrocketed; that is until I drink a redbull. I used to drink them every day, sometimes multiple, but I quit after a few DMT journeys and realizing that they don't benefit me. Today though I was about to go on a long drive so I decided to drink one. I got a very bad headache in the front and center of my head and got no visuals on a trip this evening. I know it isn't the caffiene impairing the visuals, as I've had caffeine and visuals before, I'm thinking that maybe it is the turbine as I read it can be an inhibitory neurotransmitter and interacts with different mental states. I'll be getting taurine supplements to test, does anyeone else have experience with this issue?

Taurin is an aminoacid waste that is pretty common in your body when you digest the sulfate amino acids.

Its probably not it. Its probably the sugar/caffeine overdose.

idk about dmt experiences, though I've had pkenty of breakthroughs with stimulants both caffeine and ephedrine in my system.

I do enjoy redbulk as a chaser for bridgessi tea tho.

-There is some debate going on about whether taurine is a neurotransmitter or not. It does seem to function as a neurotransmitter, in a simmilar way as GABA does. GABA-agonists are known to reduce Visuals.
So i don't know if the role of taurine can completely be ruled out.
-I personally find though, that low bloodsugar levels also reduce Visuals. The immense amounts of Sugar in redbull could trigger a massive release of insulin, such that the net-result would be lowered levels of glucose.

Some cats seem to crave taurine like it is some kind of feline crystal meth.

They do because they crave it like an essential aminoacid.
