I'm not sure about the Qi thing, but I know that even though I am still in the process of opening my third eye, on the days I use turmeric with black pepper in my food (mixed with olive or coconut oils), I have more activity in my third eye (i.e. mild CEV's consisting of rapidly moving rainbow colored lines and squiggles) as well as deep/detached thought.

Never done rue daily but done turmeric with black pepper and oil almost daily for a few years now, I know turmeric/curcumin protects your brain from fluoride... not sure if it removes it but definitely counteracts the effects of new fluoride coming in.

I tried some Nopali Cactus water recently (prickly pear extract) and it gave a heck of a punch to my pineal gland (in a good way). Within 5 or 10 mins of drinking some (maybe only 200ml), I felt like I was in an instant state of deep meditation and with eyes closed had enhanced third eye experiences beyond what I get from the Turmeric. Not full blown tripping but "mind expanded" feeling along with light CEV's. Maybe it does a really thorough job of detoxing the pineal, or maybe it stimulates it somehow. IDK.

North side of a magnet laid on forehead also really activated the third eye or at least helps decalcify it. South side is harmful, and stimulating. North side has an alkalizing effect and makes you deeply relaxed very quickly.

Finally, psychedelic consumption of any kind also speeds up 3rd eye awakening which when complete will pretty much let you have a DMT type of experience whenever you want, just close your eyes. It would only be missing the body buzz. I haven't reached that point yet but I know people who have. They say you'll even have mild OEV's sometimes, like seeing auras and orbs and stuff.

i never knew that those 2 removed flouride, now i dont doubt you since those spices n chemicals are some amazing things, but do you by any chance have a link to an article you found in past ?
