I meant more in the way of trying to take the easy way out. I think integration is key and sometimes that path can seem hard. I have met people who rather than try to work through their issues they just wanted to take a pill and make it all go away.

I totally understand & "get" what you meant anrchy...

And I totally agree with you on that point...

I just wanted to add to the point that, in the long run, hard work on yourself pays off & "taking the easy way out", as you call it, ends up being much, much harder than most humans can comprehend at the moment of their suffering.
