I have a couple questions, hopefully someone here will be able to answer them.

I have recently learned about Changa/Enhanced Leaf and I have read MelCat's Tek (https://www.dmt-nexus.me/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=24592).

The Tek says to use...

Methanol or Ethanol
Shot glass
150mg harmine
100mg harmaline
1000mg full spectrum spice
750mg mullein
250mg sacred lotus pedals

My first question is about the harmine/harmaline -- from my amateur knowledge of MAOIs, you eat the wrong things and you can die or fall very ill. Does the MAOI diet apply with harmine/harmaline?

My second question is: How long does a trip with Changa last? I am very new to this whole Changa/Enhanced Leaf thing... I have only ever smoked freebase.

My third question is: How is Changa smoked? Do you just load up a pipe and burn it like you would smoking tobacco? Do you hold in the hit for as long as possible like with smoking freebase?

Oh, and also... Methanol kind of freaks me out. The fact that it is INSANELY dangerous, causes blindness, etc. So, I will probably be using Ethanol. How much Ethanol should I use if I change MelCat's Tek to...
