hey friend and i were having disagreement where he told me that with our home teks the product can be no more than %30 dmt, is this true? find hard to believe even after rcrystallazations how much % should one expect? and how much purer could a scientist in lab achieve? thanks

If you are producing nice white crystals, you're probably getting >95% DMT. With a mimosa extract, it is easy to achieve this. If you are extracting from acacia confusa, most crude extracts contain about 50/50 DMT/NMT. However, with good methods you can get high purity DMT from either source. With enough recrystalizations, the purity will approach 100%. In theory, you should be able to isolate 100% DMT from either natural or synthetic source if you purify it enough. If someone were to synthesize DMT, they would still have to purify it using conventional techniques (i.e. recrystalization), so it's really just down to whether the contaminants are natural or byproducts of a synthesis reaction.

That 95% number was kinda random though, heh? Unless of course you have some info to back it up.. In my tests, white DMT is from 80-98+%... 100% purity is very hard if not impossible unless you have it in wrapped a quantum bubble away from the rest of the universe  But yeah one can get close to it at least.

95% was just an estimated figure based on my experience extracting. You're right that depending on the extract it could be anywhere in that range.

jungle spice is ~95% DMT, so i would be highly surprised if white crystals soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons weren't even purer My wind instrument is the bong
