my primary advice is follow the site re: supplier links (seriously edit that out before a mod does).

you can if you want to, but daunting as it seems, extracting is actually really simple.
if ever you are confused you can head over to the chat until you have a better understanding.

Yeah, I went in with little to no knowledge and came out successful.
Pick the tek easiest for you to understand and go from there. It is like following recipe instructions.

It is also quite informative to read about the problems people are having with teks and the various solutions that are given. Read about it then do a search for Cybs tek. It"s got informative pictures. If i can do it, anyone can (i got a U in my chemistry O-level)

Also, don't be so intimidated by extraction teks. Many of us never thought we'd be able to do it, but turns out its a piece of cake. Just take the time to read through the teks that relate to the approach you want to pursue, and it'll click soon enough
