Anyone ever get this, it has happened to me twice after vaping DMT. My legs were squirming and kicking, not that I was really noticing too much as I was engrossed in the visuals and the music I was listening to.

It wasn't nearly as bad as opiate withdrawal, and not really irritating, but still a bit odd. It went away as the DMT wore off.

Anyone ever have anything like that happen to them?

This has been discussed before.

To me, this happens if my body are not in a good position during the experience. If I'm flat on my back on the floor or in a meditation pose energies seem to dissipate smooth while if I've been slouching in a couch I'll be all twitching (sometimes) after smoking.

If it's annoying the proposed solution is to just move around which seem to take care of it.

Mustelid, sounds pretty normal. DMT or aya makes people do all sorts of wierd body movements. Its usually best to just go with them. A lot of times on aya i'll listen to music and my legs and body will automatically move in some pretty strange ways, but its often led to some of my more positive and deep experiences

Exactly..This is why changa and yoga go so well together (especially with some complex flowing music that you love..) You can stay in that stretch grove for pretty much as long as you want and it feels incredible and orgasmic. The body just starts moving on its own without thinking about it

well, i guess by "yoga" here i really mean squirming around in a way that somewhat resembles yoga or qui gong...or a worm...or something Big grin I do weave some traditional yoga stretches into it though

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

For me, the whole DMT experience is very energy based. Everything I perceive within the experience from the entities to the landscape and everything in between is made up of this energy. When it comes in contact with the body, it can create involuntary, guided motions. The music has a synesthetic affect on the energy, thereby moving, reshaping and modifying it, and so especially if I'm listening to music that has a groove to it, this will result in synchronized involuntary oscillations in the head or limbs. From what I can tell, this energy is affected by light and sound (vibration) attention and breathing. It was through the use of music that I first discovered this energy as well, but as I said, I've come to see it as the basis for the most part of the entire experience. I have learned to conjure and interact with this energy during meditation and other times of the day (sometimes when least expected). There is much to be said about this energy, but I'll stop here for now Smile

They can keep there Hatha, Bikram and Vinyasa cos we got "Worm Yoga"Very happy

I think I need to take my DMT use out of my bed and onto my yoga mat to try some more of this squirmy stretchy lovelyness as that 1 experience was great and I would love to be able to recreate it again.

Heheh, I just do it on carpet or a blanket because it's more comfortable. And I usually smoke it on oral harmalas, or some caapi or rue. It definitely helps a lot

Smoked DMt..not soo much.

But aya, YES. Especially during the tailend of the experience i'll get these INTENSE surges of energy throughout my body, highly euphoric and energetic. This energy guides my body in crazy bends and motions. It's amost as if I'm trying to work it out through my body and bring it into the physical world per say.
