Like I said, I think you should go for making the teas out of them and reducing them to smaller shots. Drink the rue tea, wait a half an hour, then drink the acacia tea.
That is just what I would do. But there are many different ways to do it. I'm not positive if just taking it by itself would work well. I've heard that 5 grams of rue just eaten feels like 2 grams in tea.
So, have you looked up any info on if this method works?
