On the afterglow of a light experience, I began writing down what i saw in my diary, When I felt connected and my hand flailed wildly. Ive never done anything like that before, so I was quite excited. I turned to a new sheet and let my new alien hand free. Im afraid `it` didnt write anything constructive, but the movement was so powerful and random, and I had blue light coming off my palm, i could even see it reflecting off the paper. I still had the dmt in my system of course, but I have not heard of anyone else trying this, I did do a search, apologies if ive missed experiments like this. Anyway, it works great, I urge people to try it. I felt I wasnt connected to a spirit, but a being , that was excited to have control of my hand, I felt it was younger than myself, and after failing to write, it begun attempting to draw a picture of itself. It could all just be dmt mind games, I do these things more out of a "see for myself" healthy skeptism! Ill upload the crazy scribbles if I can.

I had an experience with a Salvia afterglow, where I started watching my fingers just typing on their own, trying to create a series of words that would produce positive emanations and resonances in the cosmos.
Like If there is intention, then there positive possiblities that come into fruition when appropriate actions happen.
It seems that our physical movements probably do the same thing but on a different level.
Like if our bodies are moving and our intentions are to send energy through our palms, it seems possible that energy waves are happening on a normally invisible level.
psychs definitely allow for higher sensitivities

I didnt think of it from that point of view before - that the light was my own directed intention! hmmm. could be.

I've experienced a lot of "automatic" phenomena as you put it. From automatic thoughts to automatic singing to automatic motions (like Qi Gong) to automatic writing (actually experienced this the other day) and automatic playing (of a musical instrument). It all seems to be energy interactions. "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein
"The Mighty One appears, the horizon shines. Atum appears on the smell of his censing, the Sunshine- god has risen in the sky, the Mansion of the pyramidion is in joy and all its inmates are assembled, a voice calls out within the shrine, shouting reverberates around the Netherworld." - Egyptian Book of the Dead
"Man fears time, but time fears the Pyramids" - 9th century Arab proverb

I'm an automaton smoker. I don't think it's the same but it might be related. I can be in complete breakthrough beyond ego death and my body (without effort or knowledge) will continue smoking The Spice repeatedly. Perhaps I should put a pencil and paper near by the next time I go on a Spice Journey and see if I happen to write anything.
