possible calcium hydroxide contamination? Options

Hi all! Have been lurking here for a while mainly doing research, and have to say great forum!
So my first post is a concerned question. :

SWIM successfully completed my first extraction the other day using Q21Q21's tek 1. But SWIM has a question, just now when SWIM was doing their 3rd pull after 48hrs, their root bark absorbed all the solvent (limonene) and they could not pour it out. SWIM overcame this by mixing more calcium hydroxide in with it and the solvent separated and poured out fine. This was all well and good until SWIM mixed a shot of vinegar in with the solvent and agitated it, the solution floating on the bottom was not clear like it was before and was still quite cloudy. Could this be because of the calcium hydroxide? Or because SWIM reused the solvent 3 times and it became mixed with oils? SWIM still managed to evaporate off jimjam DMT but SWIM is a bit cautious as it came out maybe a bit more pale than the last pull. Is there any chance that it became contaminated? SWIM does not want to try it unless it is safe!
Thanks guys
