Does anybody have any advice regarding the differences & pros/cons of the two? I would appreciate it much, I have a limited amount of bark and was thinking of splitting half between each tek and trying both unless someone here has some better advice or highly recommends one over another. Thanks guys.

Q21Q21 = Win.
Black then white are all I see in my infancy.
Red and yellow then came to be,
reaching out to me, lets me see.
There is so much more and it beckons me to look though to these,
infinite possibilities.
As below so above and beyond I imagine,
drawn outside the lines of reason.
Push the envelope. Watch it bend.

^^ the only thing I didn't like was mixing the lime with the vinegar bark mixture. Like mixing clay. But other than that it was simple and fun. The naphtha pours off easily without bringing anything with it.

I'll join the chorus and recommend Q21Q21 (the fluffy white funfest, specifically).

I'm working on a BLAB-FASI right now so will report back with results. Process is easy enough so far, we will wait for yields.

Can you all answer a stupid question for a total scrub (I've only ever dead STB's [with great effectiveness I might add!]),

once I procure the "fluffy white goodness" as it were, is it still possible to extract the "jungle" alkaloids and other varieties from the mixture (but be seperated from the fluffy whiteness)? I want to get as much as I can out of my plants.

Definitely.

For instance, following a route like this:

1) Make pulls 1 and 2, put together or separated in freezer.
2) Gather white FP crystals from 1+2, recover solvent (which still has some non-precipitated alkaloids in it) and use for pulls 3 and 4, adding a little extra solvent to make up for the loss in the first two. Place pulls 3 and 4 in freezer.
3) Gather crystals from 3+4, recover solvent (at this time it will be visibly more yellow).

4-option a) Repeat, recover solvent after (minimal) FP from 5+6. Evap remaining solvent for oily jimjam.
4-option b) Evap solvent right away for non-precipitated oils, use a wider spectrum solvent than the previous one for pulls 5 and 6. Evap this one as well.

In both cases you have white fluffy crystals from FP and jimjam oils from evaporation.
