I'm currently attempting to gather all the stuff I need to attempt Q21's tek 2

The tek is straight forward but the only thing that is "harshing my calm" about giving it a try is the lime part. I have spent a ton of time researching it, And i find conflicting info everywhere!

Some places say Mrs. Wage's is great some say not. Some say Mrs. Wage's is the same as the 50 pound bag of "type S hydrated lime" used in stukkoing a house. Of course Mrs. Wage is damn proud of her stuff at $25 for a pinch while you can pick up a bag of kquikrete type s for $7 for a 50 lbs bag

Also I can't find an exact break down on what is exactly in Mrs. Wages stuff online(nor can I even find a bag it in the grocery stores out here in the sticks where i live to check for my self)

But I have found my self in Lowes hardware 5 times this week checking out a 50 lbs bag of specialy hydrated lime reading the list of ingredients shaking my head in confusion. Because Cl(OH)2 is the main ingredient but it also contains other stuff including ClO which I know is a NO NO but the ingredient list doesn't make sense either!

Like

70% ClO
98% Cl(OH)2
5% MgO
60% Ect...
72% Ect...
16% Ect...

Which is like 321% of stuff which I don't understand how you can have more then 100%

So my question is what lime will work properly?

Can I get the 50lbs bag of lime and just heat it up and add water to get rid of the ClO?

I apologize if there have been a 1000 previous threads covering this subject and I missed it but all I have is my iPhone to surf the web and have spent hours upon hours just getting this far(and my husband and kids is already thinks I neglect them by staring into my phone for business)lol any Way any help would be much appreciated
