Hello nexus, I have recently become convinced that there are people on here(or perhaps not, could be others that are ordering all of the supplies they need from one source(amazon). I say this because i recently ordered a norpro glass turkey baster off of amazon and was surprised when I got an email a few days later that said "customers who ordered this baster also purchase lye and naptha. I don't think that this poses any threat for the time being, but it does show that there are far more people doing this than ever before. The more people who do this the greater the chance those materials will be taken from us. Naptha has already been pulled off the shelf out here in California, so whats next? The only material that can be legally(semi-legally) purcased here is the mimosa. Please people spread out your purchases so that you obtain each of the components from a seperate vendor. This will help to keep your experiments low profile. Just a word of warning to those who dont try to keep there purchases seperate.
Safe travels

Good suggestions. Far from wanting to be the guy who spouts CT's, but the reality is Google is watching pretty much everything you do through the use of algorithms and cookies. I always use Startpage.com to do searches related to this sort of thing and I use a separate browser that doesn't allow cookies. I try my best to obtain supplies with cash and I usually don't visit the same shop more than once in a few months. I'd never order naphtha in the mail considering bestine is just as good and is still easily accessible out here in CA. I think the real problems arise when kids or people who aren't knowledgeable, skillful or smart enough, start messing around with extractions and get careless as in the example of that kid in the dorm room recently. Or people who try to import hundreds of kgs at a time, who clearly haven't thought so carefully about what usually occurs when something of that size is shipped which is a lengthy customs inspection. I don't think our so called 'free society' is going to get any 'more free' anytime soon, in fact the way I see it things are going the other way, so discretion and smarts are going to be as important as ever in the next few years. I've always been fascinated with the notion that a substance which is produced by and present in the human body can actually be considered a class 1 illegal substance. The lunacy of this fact alone illustrates just how far deluded the status quo is. On this end I've been considering writing a play or film dealing with this very question. I guess the idealist in me wants to see DMT put of trial because I know in the end it would win the day. mush "Father! The sleeper has awakened!"

That's true and if you have a Google account it can pretty much follow everything you do.
As I see it they want to make some sort of integrated account.Or one account for all websites. However I don't think you can really hide what you are doing online. If they wanna see what you're doing,They will.

You can pay 10 bucks a month to surf completely anonymously, with services such as btguard. I use it, my isp doesn't even know what I'm doing online.
Great advice on not ordering your whole kit from one online retailer.

I would also add that if buying online don't use your own credit card or do an extraction where the goods get delivered.

Great advice on not ordering your whole kit from one online retailer. Just a word of advice, don't assume you are completely safe ordering things from behind a VPN (like btguard). Your ISP wouldn't be the one you need to worry about when ordering, ISP's in general couldn't care less what you are doing. Using a VPN protects you from people being able to tell your IP address and then demand your ISP hand over your details... but that is rendered useless if you are doing something which involves giving out your details, such as entering your credit card info and delivery address, lol. It's not the ISP who bust people for things (although there are some exceptions that would probably raise flags at your ISP, like kiddy porn or maybe bomb making sites). It is, in the case of buying things, more about the company themselves (like amazon) potentially raising a flag and reporting to the cops what you have ordered... and VPN or no VPN makes no difference in that scenario since you have given the company your details already. Remaining anonymous under a VPN involves 3 things: 1. That you don't give out your details to sites you visit 2. That you don't get caught out by browser exploits (malicious flash, scripts and other things can be manipulated into exposing your true IP address) 3. That your VPN keeps no logs or is located somewhere where it cannot be forced by law to hand over your details. Don't get me wrong. VPN's are great, I'll probably need to start using one within the next year or two for downloading media since they have started attempting to censor torrent sites here (although the censoring is useless in it's current form, but it'll almost certainly get worse). I just thought I should explain a little bit about it so you don't get caught out with an illusion of anonymity. -Я Ξ √ Ω L U T ↑ Ø N-

Always have a trusted friend do your purchasing. Pay cash when buying locally wherever possible. Your last point being the most important, always do your extractions somewhere other then where you have your supplies delivered. Even if not following these rules never gets you in any trouble, better to be safe than sorry.

I recently used a virtual Visa card for an online purchase, which allegedly keeps all of the buyer's information private and keeps purchases anonymous. Obviously you are providing real shipping information to the vendor. "Culture is NOT your friend" - TMK

Yeah let's just hope that CISPA doesn't pass because if it will than your ISP will have to report any shady activity.

Do you guys order chemical supplies online? I ordered some MEK, HCL, and Acetone from two popular online sites. I didn't realize till later that these are level 2 watched chemicals.

When buying locally, its not a bad idea to buy those miscellaneous hardware or household items you need at the same time as any supplies.

Yes. So do a lot of other people for various reasons. If you stay under the radar you should be fine.. no huge orders, dont order every week kinda thing. Seek not abroad, turn back into thyself, for in the inner man dwells the truth.
