HEY! I know that water and acetone are miscible, but if one were to put water in acetone, and put it in the freezer, would the water freeze in the acetone?

You can just filter the ice out with a coffee filter (or try to decant, but there will probably be smaller pieces of ice). They're in two different phases, that's separation enough.

The popular and easy way to get anhydrous acetone is to use epsom salts, check this thread out : https://www.dmt-nexus.me....aspx?g=posts&t=4571To see the world in a grain of sand, and to see heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hands, and eternity in an hour. - William Blake

acetone and water form an azeotrope. IME, 60:40 acetone:water will not freeze at -20 C. it's my fav ratio for cleaning mesc sulfate.
