Hi All, First, I want to thank you a bazillion for existing. This forum and the related wiki are extremely helpful. There is this extremely loud mime screaming things outside my window and I've been acting as a relay giving him the info he needs for his first attempt at a limonene tech. To be honest his first attempt at a tech ever. From his loud babbling I have come to the conclusion that he has a small pyrex pan he's trying to evaporate the vinegar with in his oven which is set on low. He thinks that the surface area of a large non-stick baking tray that magically appeared on the corner next to him would be more conducive to faster evaporation. He's not entirely sure of the safety of using something with a non-stick coating and is wondering if maybe anyone has had positive or negative experience with this?

Thank you bundles,

Blimpy, the Mime's connection to the web.

I cook with vinegar in a teflon pan. I've not ever noticed any off tastes, YMMV.

Ok. Thanks a bunch. I'll tell him to give him a try.
