Just wondering if anyone has any experience with using DMT while under the influence of amphetamines, specifically dex and meth?

My girlfriend is ADHD and is prescribed Dexamphetamine Sulfate which she takes daily (5 x 5mg tablets) and has mentioned she would like to try DMT. Keep in mind that amphetamines have the opposite effect on her, the one and only time she has ever smoked crystal meth she actually fell asleep.

And one of my good friends is a meth user and smokes it daily and has done so for the past 10+ years. Even though it doesn't seem to be causing him any harm (he works full-time, is in good health, eats well and sleeps most nights from what I can tell) it still worries me that it can't be good for him and he has mentioned that he would like to stop using but can't/won't. I've heard of people having breakthrough experiences that have resulted in them giving up addictions or making other life-changing decisions so I would like to suggest he try DMT but before I do that I would like to make sure that the meth isn't going to interact badly with the DMT. I've looked through the Wiki/FAQ on here but I can only find MDMA mentioned.

And even if there are no adverse interactions, should I be suggesting DMT to him as a possible "cure" for his addiction or could I just be making things worse? Part of me says if it's not broken then why try to fix it but another part of me says that if I have a possible solution then I should at least give him the option.

Have you tried searching forums? I recall couple of threads with reports of amph+dmt experiences. Try searching.

I have asked the same question on the chatroom and a few people suggest me to make my friend try 5 meo . as there are stories that says theroine addict and meth user completely abandonned their addictions. but it has to come from themselves. youcant still talk about it . so they know . careful the dosage for 5eo is 5 time less than nn dmt .

Anytime I've smoked DMT while on adderall has been sort of an uncomfortable experience.
It brings on more of the elephant sitting on your chest feeling.
I think your friends would have a smoother trip if they took the day off amphetamines.
Who knows if smoking DMT on the amphetamines would stop their addiction, it may just
make them assume DMT is not something they wanna take anymore...

Physically, there is some cardiovascular risks (both amphs and DMT increase blood pressure / heart rate).

Psychologically, stimulants can increase anxiety.
