ACB Tea formed layers after adding salt and base. Options

Hi,
I brewed ACB tea(100g/600ml) and added salt 60g, then base.
I settled it for days, found the tea formed two layer as image below.
What's in the each layer? Dose anyone know which layer contained most of the DMT freebase, or tested the percentage in the two layers before? I assumed the top layer is fat, bottom is tea with tannin, right?
