Korean photographer Seung-Hwan Oh began experimenting with mold and film after reading a BBC article about it. He takes photos and stores the film in a warm and wet environment to encourage fungi to grow. Apparently only one out of ever 500 frames of medium format color reversal film turns out properly so it’s a rather expensive creative process. Take a look at more images from his series “Impermanence”
