Hi all,

I have freebase DMT, via ethanol Eco friendly tek by endlessness.

I want to convert it to DMT fumarete.

Questions:

1. Should I just dissolve the freebase in acetone and add FASA?

or

2. Should I dissolve in citric acetone and then add the FASA?

As per quantities,

I have about 2g of ethanol crystals,,which corresponds to 40 g of dmt.

How much acetone and FASA should I use for this purification? Don't want to waste chemicals, they are kind of $.

Fellas,

Didn't go very we'll. the ethanol DMT didn't dissolve in acetone. Btw it didn't dissolve in turpentine.

Not sure what to make out of it all. It is late at night dm calling it a day, not good one!

I bet it did dissolve partly and what didnt dissolve was your impurities, sodium acetate, sodium carbonate, etc. Its just you didnt see what was dissolved...

I'd add FASA to your acetone and see if it starts precipitating. I bet it will.
