I am confused as to how the federal government enacted the controlled substance act. I learned about the enumerated powers and they mentioned nothing of morality or public health. I heard of an argument stating the Feds hav certain "implied powers" which I really don't understand, if anyone is educated in this topic please reply

I do realize this isn't our goal of personal freedom, but maybe we will have an easier time fighting at the state level.
