Hi there

Is it possible to add too much of a acid to your distilled water when you first do a boil? I've added quite a bit before (400ml 5%) vinegar but wondered if too much can cause an issue or just have no effect?

Many thanks guys

You don't tell which kind of extraction you're processing but i guess it's an A/B with MHRB or ACRB so, IMO, too much vinegar is not a problem. You will need a bit more of base to make the solution alkalin but it shouldn't be a problem.
