http://farrer.riv.csu.ed...AP/APOL2006/jun06-1.html what i did was nick the seeds. soak in warm water overnight. plant in 1/2 potting soil 1/4 vermiculite and 1/4 perlite, they seem to be doing fine.

Hey guys, A quick question. How long did your obtusifolia take to pop up out of the ground? I have had no trouble germinating the seeds but once I put them in small pots had no success getting them to come up. It has been almost two weeks in the ground now with no little seedlings present. Any help would be appreciated. THERE ARE 10 KINDS OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. THOSE THAT KNOW THE BINARY SYSTEM AND THOSE THAT DONT.

The one in the picture took a couple days.I also have another that I just looked at this morning that isn't coming up.It germinated alright but when I dug him up to have a look at him it looked like he had quit growing. So I really don't know how to answer your question. How deep are you planting them?I did not put mine very deep at all.Well good luck.Sorry I couldn't help more. Here is a photo of my Acacia Obtusifola plant. This is over a month after the first photo I posted. These things grow really slow. This is the lone survivor out of four seeds I germinated. I saw them advertised on [edited: sorry, we don't post sources or prices. -zhah]. That's a shitload of seeds. It was in the bulk seeds section.
