This is my first time ever getting crystals. I usually end up with a waxy substance similar to crayons. So I thought I would share it. This was the result of a a/b extraction on chaliponga. No defats were performed. I did one pull with 200ml boiling naphtha, and evaporated it after allowing it to cool and freeze precip for 24 hours. Another 200ml boiling naptha pull was done and added to the Evap dish once the first pull was done. This resulted in much denser crystals. I am surprised by the color of these crystals, for they are only slightly yellow even with no defats or re-x performed. Very happy with the results. First 6 pulls from a 180g extraction of acrb. I am using heptane for the first time as my only solvent. Concombres: Yeh I'll keep it like that. I thought I was being clever by doing the freeze precipitation in a really small container but it didn't work. Big crystals (what I normally get) need a bit of space to form.
Its a small amount to me 1.5g so I will keep it like that and save it for the GVG which I use once a year ,if that.
I re x ed the slag with hot Hexane and pulled another 4g, slightly yellow in parts but that will do for Changa.
There is still more Delta Mike in the saved slag.
Spaced out: It is sparkly ,snow white ,smells amazing too.
I'm now spending the next 2 days cooking vines. Red, Yellow, White.
