Thanks fastfred, trust me I am doing everything I can to fight it. I really should not give away to many details on here though, so I shouldnt tell you more.

Things are being taken care of. I am still going through pre-trial, while working things out with the lawyer. I am confident that this will be taken care of, and I am doing everything in my power to take care of it. I do not care about the fees, or time spent doing this, because like you said I will kick myself in the but for the rest of my life if I do not take care of this.
Everything published by Gone-and-Back are the mad rantings and ravings of a mind who yearns to be free and thinks he knows what he is talking about. However, these are just delusions made to feel that freedom, because that freedom will never come. Any experiments done are purely figments of the imagination, and are falsified to the highest degree. Nothing should be taken seriously from a crazy mans mind.

Good luck!

I've never regretted fighting anything, even when I've lost. I still regret a couple I pled to though.

The plea bargain system is terrible. You have to play their game in some instances, but factor in the regret right from the get-go. If the bargain isn't substantial then it's not worth it. Most of the time it won't be worth it. Unless there's a real charge reduction there's not much point. A sentencing recommendation deal really isn't really worth anything.
