Post here hyperspace inspired images, videos, sounds, art here. Let us create a big collection!

From SWIMs last trip he is inspired to collect and later produce visual and audio representations of hyperspace. The motivation is to share the trip experiences with others in our dimension, to download the memory of hyperspace trips to the human brain in better quality (using a large collection of concepts for the encoding of the experience), and to use it as a source of inspiration to create art and design in our dimension.

Our collection might be later used to enrich the Nexus art gallery here: https://dmt-nexus.me/Webackup/art_page.htm

Here we go...

Alex Grey is well known for his psychodelic experience inspired art:

Digital Expressionism. An artist creates here images based on fractals.

There is a great animation of a hyperdimensional structure in the film "Cube 2 - Hypercube" (fast forward to 1:55):

A download in HD quality is welcome!

Hypercubes play a big roll in most of my journeys. Usually the 1st thing I see is a tiny microscopic rotating cube, sometimes spinning slow and sometimes spinning so fast it dosen't even resemble a cube anymore. Always matted in that rainbow coloured interlocking grid pattern. I see it in the centre of my vision then all of a sudden I'm thrown towards it or it comes towards me... Cue a random hyperspace journey.
This and a strange rubix-sphere orb I sometimes receive as a gift are the only two things that I've encountered that always remain the same.

A computer program called winamp has some amazing visuals that remind me of hyperspace. Its free to download... just google winamp.

Some cracking art-work in the Gallery.Anyone familiar with the works of Dennis Konstantin?I think he captures certain aspects of The Experience remarkably well.I think its worth a viewing but dont just take my word for it!
I am paranoid of my brain. It thinks all the time, even when I'm asleep. My thoughts assail me. Murderous lechers they are. Thought is the assassin of thought. Like a man stabbing himself with one hand while the other hand tries to stop the blade. Like an explosion that destroys the detonator. I am paranoid of my brain. It makes me unsettled and ill at ease. Makes me chase my tail, freezes my eyes and shuts me down. Watches me. Eats my head. It destroys me.

To the OP: Nice images/links! Im sure there are some spread threads around with this kind of stuff but I think its a good idea to collect more psychedelic art in a thread

I guess you already know the screensaver Electric Sheep, right? Its really quite psychedelic (but of course far from the real deal Razz )

Self-playing animated music instruments. In the essence the same as you would experience in hyperspace worlds with self-forming beings, singing, dancing and shaping geometries :-)

Best break-through visualization ever from the movie the fontain:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx7TroR06-Q

The context of the movie is a bit different, but the essence is quite the same! Break through at 00:58.
Still amazed by the power of this animation!

An animation of an Ayahuasca trip from the film Blueberry ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0276830/ )
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ztU1bafTig
Fast forward to 1:25.

Tipping on DMT, SWIM have never experienced any entities one would meet in the physical dimension like snakes and other reptiles shown in the video. However, the "visuals" and "sounds" resemblind hyperspace impressions SWIM has experienced are shown well from 1:25 to 1:47.

Had to save the last picture in the OP's post. That is sheer brilliance.
Do not listen to anything, "Steely" says. He is a made up character that his owner likes to role play with. His owner is very delusional and everything he says is completely untrue and ridiculous.

Those clips from Blueberry are awe inspiring - too bad the rest of the movie is such shite. Almost ike they made one of the aya clips first, then said, wow - let's write a story where we can string a few of these together and make a feature film!

The hypercube video is from Cube2, and (little trivia here) the director was the cinematographer on Pulp Fiction. The first Cube movie was made here in Canada (maybe the 2nd too) at the CFC (Canadian film centre - a film school in toronto). Neither are very good (haven't seen cube2, but that's what i hear) but have some cool ideas stung through them (like fountain, that is a more sophisticated film, but bored me most of the way through...)

When is someone going to make a strong, profound and well written and directed film about this subject? (maybe I'll be the first!) Anyone know of any i am not thinking of ? Post clips here (not trying to derail the thread btw!Shocked Very happy )

Anyone seen Prime?. Must see it again, was tired the first time around. Trippy movie, but not specifically about tripping.

JBArk

here are a few images I found trolling the net:

JBArk is a Mandelthought; a non-fiction character in a drama of his own design he calls "LIFE" who partakes in consciousness expanding activities and substances; he should in no way be confused with SWIM, who is an eminently data-mineable and prolific character who has somehow convinced himself the target he wears on his forehead is actually a shield.

Debris by Farbrausch is the unbeaten top animation in the demo community rendered in real time. The size of the file which produces an impressive 7 min. long animation is only 180 kilobytes!
Certainly you can also watch a well rendered video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irenCAZWmpc
At minute 2:00 it starts to show some hyperspace inspired elements...
SWIM saw this video years ago and asked himself where do people get inspiration for such an amazingly crazy animation! Now he feels that the mind of the author must be hyperspace experienced in some way :-)

Apophysis 2.02 is a software which can be used to generate colorful 3D fractal animations.
http://www.heise.de/soft...download/apophysis/50879

Searching for Apophysis Fractal Animation on YouTube yelds many great colorful very complex fractal animations which feel very hyperspace like. Here are some examples:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9172CiyiAM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DeSi-Pu6rzY

SWIM's favourite:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv9ug228Lk8
Note that the structure changes over time here, just like in hyperspace - in contrast to many other fractal animations where the perspective changes rather than the structure itself. However, the complexity of the structure is much lower than in hyperspace, although a human observer (with no hyperspace experience) would not agree to this statement :-)

The "transition" effect at 0:45 in the "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" trailer looks very close to what SWIM has experienced on several trips and classified as movement through a world hyperspace. SWIM experiences worlds of this type and complexity with partial awarness of his body and termed it low hyperspace (in contast to deep hyperspace, where SWIM does not feel his body and encounters worlds and entities with much higher complexity and speed of change/transformation and movement).

Location: Not separate from the rest of the universe. So, everywhere.
This could be seen on a fun trip.

This trip has a metallic edge -- probably related to the sensory overload. However, it's far from being a bad trip. After all, the creatures are smiling nicely.

This is literally a bad trip distilled into the visual sense. Specifically, ayahuasca or pharmahuasca for individuals who don't experience the harmalas as mystical or jungle-ish.

That last one makes my friend and me re-trip pharmahuasca whenever we see it. I don't currently understand how any individual can have positive experiences with pharmahuasca, but I'm happy for those who are fortunate enough to pull it off.
